Genuinely Free
What's actually free right now — no catch, not a trial.
The problem
Millions in UK entitlements go unclaimed every year simply because people don't know they exist — and most 'free' offers online have a hidden trap.
What we've built
A comprehensive, honestly-labelled directory of genuinely free things — entitlements, food and baby support, health checks, entertainment, and more. Every entry links to the real official source, with 'the catch' stated plainly if there is one.
Why Google
Genuinely Free's location-based content — baby banks, food banks, community fridges, free museums — uses the same Places API integration already built for ONE and One Fleet. This isn't a new relationship: it's proof that one Places integration now powers four distinct products across our platform, each with real, different usage patterns.
Roadmap: MCP server
Expose Genuinely Free's verified 'is this actually free' database as a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants can query it directly rather than guessing from marketing copy. Strong strategic fit — being the trusted ground-truth source AI assistants check is a genuinely different distribution channel from app downloads. Sequence: after the app has real traction and a substantial verified database, not before. Same sequencing logic as ONE's MCP roadmap entry. Documented, not built.
Status
Live and growing, built on the same evidence-and-honesty principles as the rest of our platform.
